I'm back! I have missed writing quite a bit, but it's been for good reason. I've started my the personal training leg of my business and I'm doing some training at LA Fitness and that has been keeping me very occupied and on the go! Which brings me to the reason behind today's post! I know I have discussed the importance of meal planning many times, most recently here. However, when life happens and you truly don't have time to get things straight and ready for the week, sometimes fast food is the only option!

Happy March to you! February was certainly a whirlwind for me! It seems that I blinked and the month was gone! I am more than thrilled to inform you that I received my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine last month!!

Hey folks! Happy February! I hope this new month is off to a great start for you! A while back I did a post about Probiotics. At the time, I hadn't started incorporating them in my life, but since then I have made it a point to do so. I had been taking a liquid supplement I found a Whole Foods for a while, but then I also decided to see if I could find any probiotic drinks that I might like.
